Caked Goods x Kryse Ice Cream

I'm so excited to have collaborated with Kryse Ice Cream in her Round 79 - Coco Jam Macaron Ice Cream.

The new flavor featured a brown sugar and vanilla bean swirled ice cream with bites of our cocojam macarons. As Kryse simply put, "Coco Jam aka Minatamis Na Bao is a Filipino coconut jam consisting pretty much of just coconut cream and brown sugar. Doesn't take much for us to make something delicious."



I have to confess that I have been a long time fan of Kryse in her food journey and it is such an honor to be part of her lineup of collaborations. We easily connected over sweets, being Filipinas and being moms who do our best to juggle it all. We've created an ice cream flavor we know you'll love.

We also did a collab POP UP on Sunday, April 10th at The Station coffee shop in Beacon Hill. It was so much fun to meet so many of you who came out. The community connection at The Station is amazing.


The POP UP MENU was COCO JAM MACARON ICE CREAM CAKE and MACARON boxes and bags in an assortment of Filipino Flavors such as Turon, Macapuno, Coco Jam and more.
