Allergens

Please note our bakery is

NOT a nut, gluten or dairy-free facility and we cannot guarantee any

cross contamination that may occur.

Ordering Leadtime

We generally book 2-3 weeks in advance.  

Call the shop at 206.633.2671

to see if we can get you in earlier.

Leave a message if we are unavailable to answer during business hours.  

Your order is not confirmed until you speak to one of our team members.

Payments accepted

We accept the following payments: 

all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

We can accept cash payments if they are exact change.

Reserving Cake Slices

Our fairness policy is

two (2) slices per cake flavor.

​

We can hold slices for one (1) hour

or

if pre-paid

we will hold until closing.

​

Pick up must be same day.

Pick up and Delivery

Cake order pick ups must be day of your order as we do not have the storage capacity for additional products.  

​

We do not offer delivery

or work with any

delivery services at this time.

Whole Cakes

Custom Cakes

Whole cakes are available for order, the design is simple as decorated for our bakery case.  Pricing is as the menu.

Any customization in flavor and design is considered a custom cake order.  Pricing will vary based on request.

Parking

Parking in the neighborhood

can be limited,

we recommend

giving yourself extra time to find a parking spot.

​

There are limited loading zones near our bakery.

Reserved Seating

If you would like to reserve seating for a small celebration for parties under 6, please call the shop to arrange a date and time.  

​

For parties of 6 or more, there is a reservation fee of

$75 for every hour requested.

​

Total Max Seating is 14.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-48 hour notice for any cancellation to be eligible for a refund or store credit. 

 

No refund or store credit will be given for any cancellations with less notice or if you did not pick up your cake order.

Cake Instructions

Our cakes taste best at room temperature. 

​

For cold cakes, we recommend letting them sit out for

1-2 hours before serving to come to room temperature. 

​

For larger cakes, it may take longer.   

This is our recommended cutting guide for single tier cakes.

For wedding cakes or multi-tiered cakes, we suggest to follow the square slices method. 

Transporting Your Cake

Please follow our instructions below for best results when transporting your cake,
